Cityserve with a smile

Cityserve are currently going through huge organisational change and held an event at Edgebaston Cricket Ground in Warwickshire this month for staff to share ideas and opinions.

Laughology began the day with fun and humour – breaking the ice and encouraging positive communication. Discarding inhibitions at 9:30am without alcohol is no easy task but Cityserve staff relished the opportunity to get stuck into this interactive session and faced the rest of the day ready to embrace change and share new ideas.
