Growth mindset workshop with Global Aerospace

Lead Happiness Consultant Dave Keeling loves a bit of ping pong, and so was delighted to be invited to Bounce (London’s finest ping pong emporium) to deliver a morning on growth mindset for aviation insurance experts, Global Aerospace.

The session was created to help the group develop ways of working and communicating together more effectively as a team and explored the following in a variety of interactive ways:

• How we process thoughts/wonky thoughts, and why we have them
• Curious questions to enhance growth thinking.
• Metacognition and the benefits of the learning pit
• Fast and slow thinking
• The amazing brain and the power of a sense check
• How to bring the best version of yourself to whoever you’re with and wherever you are.

Not to mention a paper aeroplane competition (you’d think they would be great at this)!

The session was shot through with thinking, activities, reflection, and conversations, all whilst Dave attempted to manage some ping pong with a sing-song and no ding-dongs.
