The Laughology approach to the subject of unconscious bias is increasingly in demand. Events across the UK and the world have sparked a collective analysis of behaviour and organisation structures.
Diversity and equality are hot topics. We have led the way in opening up honest and blame-free debate, starting from the position that unconscious bias is inherent in everyone.
Our workshops help organisations understand what drives it and how it impacts on their people and the perception it gives. In January we worked with Chaucer Group, Oxford Property Management Services and Savills to further awareness of the issue.
