After Storming their CIPD event in Manchester earlier this year, Lead Happiness consultant Dave Keeling was invited back to present at Liberty Living's London headquarters.

The session was an introduction to wellbeing in the workplace or all staff. The objectives were to enable delegates to build confidence in the workplace, to develop open conversations about wellbeing and responsibility and to provide techniques for a better work/life balance.

The two-hour session was funny, interactive , engaging, thoughtful and full of practical ideas that could be used straight away.
