MOD using growth mindset techniques to deal with challenge and stress
The Ministry of Defence is a massive, complex organisation undergoing a lot of change and it can be challenging for employees to feel positive and cope during such times of upheaval.
As part of a women’s conference held in Bristol, Laughology were invited to deliver workshops offering ways to think differently and enhance resilience to help with change. The workshops delivered included FLIP it thinking for resilience and problem solving and some growth mind-set strategies for approaching new tasks, Both the morning and afternoon sessions were well attended and ideas were generated looking at quick and effective ways to promote positive thinking and behaviour and mind-set within teams.
The groups explored a range of ideas and came away with creative ideas and tools to help them be more resilient and flourish through challenges.
