Casting our net far and wide

The iCology podcast in the US is a podcast dedicated to interesting people doing interesting things in the world of internal communications.

Which is why they asked CEO Stephanie Davies to speak about Laughology and the work we do. Stephanie was interviewed and spoke about the importance of humour in the workplace. In the wide-ranging interview, she also spoke about how communicators can leverage humour to bring about change in organisations and presented the case for why humour should be part of an organisation’s internal comms strategy. The podcast is designed for a global audience so offered us a great opportunity to spread the message that happiness if vital for organisations.
