Positive Communication and Relationship Building with Estatesearch

What do you do when your business has grown very quickly, many of your people work remotely, and you’ve got your annual team-building day coming up? Well, you could do all sorts of things - obvs. 

But we were delighted when Estatesearch called upon Sarah Creegan to facilitate a 3-hour workshop on Positive Communication and Relationship Building. The aims of the session were:

• To understand fast and slow thinking and how this impacts our communication
• To think about tricky conversations and how we can make them less tricky
• To think about how we create the right environment for great chats
• To reflect on our own social and emotional intelligence and communication styles

Also, it was really important that people had time to chat, had fun and got to know their colleagues even better. Which they absolutely did:
