In the modern commercial landscape, the disruptor is king and fundamental change can happen in any sector at any time. Touch screens, Uber and austerity are just a few examples of new developments that have had huge impacts on the organisations affected by them. And that impact is not always good – you only need to look at Blackberry, London black cabs and local authority budgets to see what can happen.

Problems come in many shapes and sizes; expansion, contraction, lack of budgets and resources, new competition, personnel challenges, mergers, acquisitions and transformation. All organisations face them eventually, and to cope and conquer they need their people to be innovative and creative problem-solvers. Unfortunately, these are frequently cited as key skills lacking in today’s workplaces.

Delivered in a dynamic, interactive style by experts in positive psychology and the neuroscience of learning.

We're feeling the love!

The facilitator was great, broke down barriers and ensured everyone got involved with the very high energy levels of the presentation, successfully managed to bring some quite reserved people out of their comfort zones.
Natwest
It was the best session I’ve ever attended. The interactive aspects and exercise to create a product to make us think outside the box were brilliant and I could see how I could use them back in work.

Our industry-leading workshop aims to address this deficit and give delegates a ground-breaking perspective. It looks at humour as a creative thinking style and investigates how neoteny - the mental agility and playfulness of childhood and its relationship to imagination and innovation - is essential for problem solving.
