It was great to be invited to be part of CIPD's student conference this year. I hope you enjoyed the the closing keynote: Embrace the Bumps – Growth Mindset for Facing Change.

Part of my contractual obligation is to make you laugh, so let me know if I fulfilled my contract. Even though I only had half an hour with you,

I hope it was a good introduction to some ideas that will help you to embrace the flux of modern life and help you flourish and thrive in the future. With some additional top tips to mentally prepare you for change and to see challenges as opportunities, using a little laughter in the process.
