Laughology frequently works with different companies, helping them look at how their various brands are perceived by their customers and how they can increase positive brand interaction. Earlier in May we partnered with Fusion learning and spent a day with a well-known blackcurrant cordial company looking at how its premium brand emotionally engages with customers and how the company can leverage emotional engagement with its brand. It was part of a branding day with a panel of different experts. We were invited to participate because of our expertise in the area of happiness. It was a very interesting day and we hope our input gave plenty of food for thought.
