Virgin Media O2 Talent
When you have talented people in your organisation, it’s important to build on their strengths so they feel motivated. You’ll then get the very best out of your very best people, encouraging them to stay and increasing your productivity.
When Virgin Media and O2 merged earlier this year, it created a new pool of super-talented individuals. Historically, Laughology has partnered with O2 to deliver our Big Chats, Little Chats programme, helping leaders have great conversations, and supporting growth and resilience. So we were keen to support the new Virgin Media O2 with the Laughology formula for developing talent.
Our programme consists of four modules:
- Developing Self
- Developing Mind
- Developing Resilience
- Developing my Career.
Each part of the programme is delivered virtually as a workshop, with pre and post work for groups to get on with between sessions. Individuals also have internal mentors and their course work between sessions involves conversations with managers to ensure development is holistic and job-related.
With just one session left to go, the group has grown and developed. With the added bonus of new talent joining them, there’s an even greater advantage to learn new ways of working and thinking.
