Stephanie Davies’ fear of shape-shifting lizards threatened to overshadow a presentation for the former students of a Barcelona business school, until we explained to her that she was confusing alumni for illuminati.

Reassured, she delivered a thought-provoking talk and q & a session on the science of happiness and engagement at Goldman Sachs offices in London. The audience of around 50 consisted of professionals from a variety of sectors.

Stephanie provided plenty of debating points and encouraged the audience to think differently about the fundamentals of engagement and management.
