Making Headlines for internal communications


Headlines Corporate News provides internal communications support for some of the biggest companies in the UK and beyond. The business has seen massive growth and change in recent times and asked us to deliver a wide-ranging all-day workshop looking at happiness and humour in the workplace to help with change.

In dynamic, motivational sessions attended by managers and staff at all levels, Stephanie Davies shared insights about how humour can be used effectively in internal communications and also encouraged the delegates to investigate Headlines’ values. The day was full of creative ideas for increasing positive behaviours through the business and passing this onto customers. Delegates were taken through an entertaining interpretation of the de Bono Six Thinking Hat process and the day ended with the group creating their own Headlines superheroes who embodied the company’s core values.
