Laughology going global with Growth Mindset and Telefonica / O2

Telefonica have their own university in Barcelona where employees from all over the world meet to train their ‘minds, bodies and spirits’. It’s obvious the company are committed to developing staff holistically.

The building is equipped with sporting and yoga facilities, located in a forest where long walks and bike rides are encouraged, and fresh food is prepared on-site AND there is a bar for winding down in the evenings!

Kerry joined their latest UK graduates in this utopia on their last day of a week away. She delivered a session on Growth Mindset, empowering delegates with helpful tools to manage their own learning and develop the resilience necessary to thrive in the workforce.
