International Women’s Day at Foster + Partners

Leading architectural firm Foster + Partners invited Laughology to their International Women’s Day conference where Stephanie Davies delivered a session looking at unconscious bias, which is a particularly relevant subject in the property sector.

We developed our Unconscious bias and creating a diverse workforce programme using the latest research in psychology and neuroscience and are an industry-leader in the subject.

We have advised and consulted with some of the UK’s biggest businesses, helping them to become more diverse and representative. Our workshops explore the issues in a refreshing fun, non-judgemental, enlightening way and provide delegates with real light-bulb moments about their own subconscious processes and behaviour.
