Laughology was invited to speak to leaders within NHS Property Services, the company which manages NHS property throughout the UK. We held a session on The art of emotionally intelligent leadership, looking at what it means to be an emotionally intelligent leader. The session covered elements including effective communication and how to challenge and manage emotions in ourselves and others.
