Growth mindset with RBS London

The Marketing and Colleague Communications team at RBS in London included a Laughology Growth Mindset session as part of the agenda at their team update event.

Kerry Leigh kept the energy high and the laughter flowing, encouraging staff to embrace the challenge of making a paper aeroplane to put their new knowledge to the test.
