Getting diverse in The Pipeline

At Laughology we are big on diversity training and so we when Stephanie Davies met a fellow diversity consultant on the plane back from Cornwall recently, they had plenty to discuss (you can imagine how enthralling that flight was for the passengers sitting next to them).

The result of this chance meeting was a collaboration with The Pipeline, an organisation that helps women build the skills and confidence to get to the executive table, and which helps workplaces understand how to become more diverse. Stephanie was invited to close one of their leadership days with a keynote on the importance of humour and happiness in teams, focussing on how humour can help women in the workplace. She shared some of the secrets to using humour as a tool for resilience and explained how to FLIP a situation on its head and challenge others, as well as how to create happiness in teams.
