Laughology attended a conference it hosted for school caterers and delivered a conference keynote session on growth mindset. The sector continues to face budgetary challenges so resilience and thinking about change in a growth mindset and positive way is an important skill and the session, facilitated by Stephanie Davies, was well-received.
