Over the past few months, it’s fair to say we’ve all had moments, even days, of demotivation. Going to meetings in your slippers, staring at the same four walls and endless Zooming has led us all to lose a little oomph.
So, when one of Laughology’s favourite friends, Ella’s Kitchen, asked Stephanie Davies for a little help to Find their Oomph, she grabbed her giggle cape and Curly Wurlys, and tuned into Ella’s team Zoom to share some top tips.
