Enhancing successful transformation for Nottingham CityCare Partnership

Our very own Juliette Yardley helped reframe this common issue when she delivered a session entitled ‘Secrets of happiness for people development and successful transformation’ to the Nottingham CityCare Partnership, social enterprise that delivers a range of nursing and healthcare services.

In the well-received session, Juliet worked with leadership teams at the organisation to help them understand the fundamental role communication plays whenever organisations and teams undergo a change process and how to promote a more optimistic and positive mind-set to embrace transformation.
