Estate Agent and Property Company Savills is a forward thinking organisation and wants to ensure its workforce is future-fit and we’ve been working with them to create a greater awareness of unconscious bias.  

We are working on a wrap-around service of session-delivery supported by online material and content.  

This is becoming increasingly popular and Laughology is developing programmes and strategies that reach people who cannot access training sessions (such as remote workers and staff working abroad). These resources can be used to benchmark and analyse where improvements can be made in organisations.
