Celebrating World Kindness Day with Loveleigh Charity

On Friday 13th November, we celebrated World Kindness Day by hosting our very own Kindness Webinar with Head of Happiness, Stephanie Davies, and Jacque Smith from Loveleigh. 

With over 300 people joining us live, we explored kindness as a concept, as well as giving ideas and strategies for attendees to use it in their work, school and community to boost wellness.

It also offered practical advice and suggestions of steps we can take to help others and the power of kindness from a neurobiological perspective

Jacque also share the story of her daughter, Leigh, who sadly passed away due to suicide, prompting Jacque to set up a charity to promote kindness. It was a privilege to have Jacque on the webinar to share her experience and to hear about the work her charity is doing.
