Happiest leader nomination for Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust

Lyn Matthews from the Health and Safety Department of Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust has nominated David Halicki for a 'Happiest Leader 2016' award. Lyn said about David:

'David is constantly telling bad jokes, which are so bad they are funny. He constantly lightens the mood and supports staff, always using humour to deal with difficult situations. Despite health and Safety being a very serious subject, the humour that David puts into the subject matter sparks interest in Health and Safety issues. When David trains people on Health and safety, he uses funny videos, which makes the subject matter not as dry.'
