Lynn Davidson

A fully qualified and accredited coaching supervisor, mentor and development facilitator, Lynn Davidson has a wide range of business experience: she is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Her skills range from individual professional coaching and personal mentoring through to the design and delivery of bespoke interpersonal, managerial and team-based learning.

Lynn specialises in facilitating the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist the individual in making real, lasting change and reaching their full potential. Lynn’s delivery style is highly interactive and based around accelerated learning techniques with humour as an integral part of her sessions.

As well as being qualified in a large number of profiling tools including Myers Briggs levels 1 & 2 Lynn is also an NLP Master Practitioner and Master Business Practitioner.

Lynn has won awards for her sandcastle building.
