“The work Laughology is doing is great, its really is important to laugh and keep you sense of humour through life’s ups and downs. It was something that kept me going after my surgery recently and why I am using humour and laughter to help raise money for the wonderful team of people that helped look after me.”

Taking humour seriously
Unlock fresh approaches to challenges and enhance communication!
Monday 30 November 2009 - Egerton Court, City Centre, Liverpool £102 plus VAT for bookings received this month (lunch provided)
Laughology’s unique approach breaks down the components of humour so that you may use them to enhance your communication, creativity and problem solving skills. After taking part in Laughology’s participative, fun and informative training session, you and your staff will feel happier, less stressed, collaborate more effectively and become more productive.
This course provides participants with a psychological tool-box of skills that will enhance their personal coping mechanisms and allow for more positive communication and a better understanding of stress and emotional well being. The training day will provide participants with an overview of how Laughology can enhance skills for personal and professional development. Helping individuals to explore the serious side of humour and laughter will show how they can be channelled into creating a happier environment, encourage creativity and team performance. The day will demonstrate the powerful effects of laughter and humour on the body and mind in a light-hearted style and will include theoretical research, information and further reading.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
