Laughology will continue to work this year with both businesses and health care providers to improve customer and patient experiences and improved customer service.

In terms of the businesses we work with they have turned to Laughology when looking for innovative ways to attract and keep customers by improving the service they offer and the moral and confidence of their staff. More recently health care providers have been met with similar challenges since the introduction of initiatives such as Choose & Book Systems for hospital appointments. Hospitals are also looking to improve staff’s bedside manner and Laughology can help to improve patients satisfaction levels.
