Laughter isn’t just for comedy clubs and back rooms in pubs – it’s for everyone! We are thrilled to have been asked by the Comedy Trust to take part in Liverpool’s highly successful, internationally renowned Comedy Festival (www.liverpoolcomedyfestival.co.uk).
The Comedy Festival delivers laughter projects that aim to get chuckle muscles working and aching all over Merseyside. Here are just some of Laughology’s projects for the Comedy Trust:
- Workshops in schools – Stephanie delivers brief, taster sessions that are fun and practical, showing children and teachers some laughter techniques they can use in and out of school.
- The Big Laugh – In businesses around the city, laughter workshops went on all day on Friday 15 June 2007. The day was a huge success (and the workshops went well too). Everyone enjoyed the sessions and took some taster techniques back to their desks to make their working day more enjoyable. Participants included the Liverpool Echo, Gregory Abrahams Solicitors and Everton Children’s Centre.
