Laughology - Off Again…Christmas in Israel

At last year’s conference organised by Doctor Patch Adams, Stephanie met a number of amazing people from around the world who are committed to improving public health. One of these inspiring individuals was a doctor from Israel who works in the Southern Desert travelling many miles each day on foot and horseback to visit his patients and attend surgery’s on horse back. He treats patients using a combination of homeopathic and traditional medicine and teaches medical students his skills so that they too may become accomplished general practitioners.
Stephanie has been invited to stay with him at his home in the Kibbutz- a unique rural community; dedicated to mutual aid and social justice based on the principle of joint ownership of property, equality and cooperation of production, consumption and education and whilst there she will be providing Laughology training workshops for both the local community and medical students.
