Two LACE Partners nominations for a National Happiness Award 2017

Two nominations from Lace partners. The first, a Happiest Team nomination, is from Karen Dempster, who says that 'LACE care about people's happiness and show it. I've worked with lots of UK and global organisations, but this has to be the happiest place I've been. LACE is like a family of friends.' She added: you are recognised for your achievements, encouraged to be at your best and to be yourself - developing your personal interests and hobbies as part of your work.'

As part of her nomination criteria, Karen has submitted a short Youtube video which explains a bit more about LACE Partners.

The second nomination is for Karen herself, from her colleague Rachel, a senior Associate at Lace Partners, who has nominated Karen for a Happiest Employee award and said: Karen always brings energy and enthusiasm to every team she is part of. She has a zest for life and work which is infectious. She is a teacher and leader. She cares about the well-being of those around her; checking in with others when the stresses of their lives may be getting on top of them. She listens when people talk and offers encouragement and advice when needed.
I feel lucky to have her as a colleague and now friend.'

LACE Partners certainly sounds like a great place to work. Do you work in a happy workplace and think it deserves recognition. Why not nominate your organisation or school for a National Happiness Award 2017.

There are over £5000 worth of prizes to be won for the winners and runners-up. The awards also receive national coverage which helps to raise the profile of your business, organisation or educational establishment and put staff wellbeing and happiness at the heart of your organisational culture.
Nominations close at midnight on Friday, 20th October. Winners and runners up will receive their prizes at a happiness-studded ceremony in London on Friday, 17th November.

Don't delay - nominate today!
