Transform Trust nominated in the Happiest Workplace category of the National Happiness Awards 2017

Kim Blount, a Support Services Coordinator for the Transform Trust and Teaching School Alliance, has nominated it in the Happiest Workplace category of the National Happiness Awards 2017

In support of the nomination, Kim said:

'Transform Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust overseeing 13 primary schools across Nottingham and Derby.

'The Trust team are incredibly passionate, committed and driven to achieve great outcomes for the children in the Trust. The workloads are high, but the team keeps smiling and pulling together to provide the best service we can to our schools, our school staff, and our children.

'Not only that, our Teaching School Alliance work very hard to deliver a fantastic array of programmes to over 50 schools across the Midlands.

Whatever is thrown at us, as a Trust and a Teaching Alliance, we all pull together to get the job done, retaining our sense of humour (although often losing our sanity) and keeping great big smiles on our faces. It is a fantastic place to work, and I would like the world to know it!
