Spencer Solicitors nominate Lucy Ward for a Happiest Employee Award 2017

'Unbeknown to Lucy, she recently contributed to the business securing a new client, literally just by being herself!
'Lucy works in our Admin team (including occasionally meeting and greeting visitors), and when potential new clients visited the office, Lucy made a very distinct and positive first impression with her natural, helpful and bubbly personality. Feedback received following the meeting was exceptional including how Lucy had made the visitors feel welcome – from offering drinks to offering to look after the clients’ daughter (who was with the clients at the time) & how she had gone the extra mile.
