Paget Primary School happiest teacher nomination
Another nomination for the Laughology National Happiness Awards 2017, this time for the category of Happiest School Employee (Teacher, Headteacher or Support Staff)
The nomination comes from Katharine Pritchard, a mother of one of the pupils at Paget Primary School in Birmingham, who has nominated Miss Spiers, a teacher at the school, for the award.
Katharine says about Miss Spiers: 'Miss Spiers is an amazing teacher and role model at Paget Primary which is why I would like to nominate her for Happiest School Employee award.
'She is awesome with the children, who get fired up in such a positive way under her guidance.
'She gives advice and works with both the children and families to resolve any issues in a calm & positive way. Miss Spiers helps everyone, making them feel valued and heard.
'This teacher has also made an incredible difference to the sports aspect of the school. This year's sports day, which she leads, was the best in a long time. She helped make it a fantastic event, and ensured all those who participated were recognised, not just those who won.'
