Last year’s happiest workplace winner, talks about last year success

Last year’s event was a huge success with over 300 entries. The Outward Bound Trust in Cumbria were multiple winners and scooped the award for Happiest Workplace and Happiest Employee.

Since winning, the organisation has reaped a range of benefits including lots of positive PR and industry recognition. Here Francesca Scott, Head of People Strategy at The Outward Bound Trust, explains what the awards have meant to her organisation.
