Hel’s Angels nominate Irina Zelentsova, in the category of Happiest Employee

France McBain, Talent Manager at Hel’s Angels, a brand engagement and live events agency in London, has nominated Staff Booker, Irina Zelentsova, for the category of Happiest Employee in this year National Happiness Awards 2017.

In support of the nomination France said:

'Irina is originally from Russia and came to the UK to study and follow her dream of working in events. She came to work at Hel’s Angels for her student work placement at University. The fact that she lives away from her family and friends must be hard, but she always remains positive and is always smiling.

'She is an absolute ray of sunshine. Her sense of humour is second to none, and she has a real way of making the rest of the team feel good about themselves without even realising it. When working in the office and speaking to the staff on the phone, Irina is always so warm and kind. All the staff on the books love Irina and regularly comment on how supportive and encouraging she is of their own work.

'Irina's outlook on life is so inspiring. She always finds a way to turn a negative into a positive, and this is what we love about her. Her passion for life and her love and care for others is very inspiring to see. An example of Irina sharing her positivity is when she arranged the 'Jeans for Jeans' day in the office and also the 'Macmillan Coffee morning.' Irina is passionate about raising money and awareness for charity, and she did this all by herself and was determined to make it a success, which it most definitely was!

'Her appetite and determination for her job encourage her colleagues to do the best job they can. She throws herself into the events she is working on, and she never lets anything distract her from doing the best job she can.

'She always receives such positive feedback from her Team Leaders:

"Irina was great to have on the team. Her bubbly personality brought many people over to join us, and she kept us all smiling. Irina also missed the training, but she stuck to whatever role she was put in. She always looked happy, and that would, in turn, make a lot of the people around us smile and laugh".

"Definitely growing as a brilliant Angel! I trust her to do a fab job, she always sticks to the rules and I feel I could leave her to get things done efficiently and correctly".

"Irina was paired with new energiser Aimee - Irina was fab in helping Aimee out, showing her the layout of the arena and making sure she felt comfortable. Irina is great!"

'It is wonderful to know that Irina’s warmth is reaching lots of people in lots of walks of life.'
