EasiRent.com nominate Alana Anderson for a Happiest Employee 2017 award
Alana Anderson is a Sales Ledger Clerk from EasiRent.com, and according to Jason Davies from their HR & Recruitment department, she deserves to win the Happiest Employee Award 2017.
In his nomination, Jason said: 'She is one of the kindest and happiest people you could ever hope to work with. From her clothes to her voice, everything about her just shines happiness. I don’t think she ever has a “bad day” because she puts such a positive spin on life.
'She makes an effort to treat everyone at work, including the newest members of staff, with real warmth. Alana takes her job very seriously, and her relationships even more so. Happiness for her is a serious issue!
'She doesn’t let anyone feel alone, and she is very diplomatic when an issue with another staff member arises so that no-one’s feelings ever get hurt. She’d stick up for The Grinch himself.
'Alana’s work ethic is second to none, from being on top of her facts & figures at all times to always being creative & organised in everything that she does.
'She even dedicates her spare time to helping others and the environment. Alana can often be found in her spare time picking up litter on the beach with a group of like-minded people she met on Facebook.
'She lifts the mood of the whole office when she comes in. Her infectious, joyous attitude lights up the room. Happiness is a state of being that she embodies completely.'
