Burges Salmon nominate Ngozi Tulloch for a Happiest Employee

Kia Jarrett, from Burges Salmon, an independent UK law firm, working with large organisations, entrepreneurial businesses and public sector bodies, and private individuals and families have nominated Legal Secretary, Ngozi Tulloch, in the category of Happiest Employee, in this year's National Happiness Awards 2017.

To support her nomination, Kia said:

'As soon as Ngozi walks into the office in the morning, she immediately puts a smile on mine, and my colleagues face. We can hear her as soon as she enters the floor where you will hear "morning lovely" as she walks past others on her way to her desk and her infectious laugh is spreading your way.

'You instantly know that her journey to work would have had some element of adventure with a hilarious ending and she usually sits down laughing as she is about to tell her tale.

'If you are around Ngozi you know that the time spent will be a good one; From making a drink with her in the kitchen, to team meetings, when she arrives late because she has stopped numerous times to ask how people are.

'Ngozi will always ask if you are ok, if you need a hand with your work or if you want to come to lunch for a break.

'As I am writing this she is currently singing and dancing to Greece Lightning waving her hands in the air while a puzzled lawyer has broken into a laugh.

'Ngozi is head of the social events for secretaries. Organising and making sure we have a few get-togethers throughout the year. Without her, this wouldn't be organised. Last year for the whole department (secretaries and lawyers) the day of our Christmas social she was out buying secret Santa presents for those that were not included, and she arrived late to the event.

'She also stayed behind and collected up everyone's belongings. It's a regular occurrence for Ngozi; she is ALWAYS putting others first.

She is a mother of 3 young children but yet finds the time to be involved in every aspect of work and social events. She is constantly upbeat, hilarious and just generally a lovely lady. She has my vote and deserves it!'
