Lily Newman

Lily has worked in partnership with Laughology developing engagement programmes for a range of clients. 

She is a behavioural strategist and communications specialist with a wealth of experience in leadership development, media management and high-impact coaching. Her vast sector knowledge reinforces the expertise we offer.

Her clients have included BMW, NATS, GlaxoSmithKline, ICI, Perstorp, and global and national charities, international sports personalities and politicians.

Before becoming a consultant Lily worked as a BBC journalist. She had expertise in psychology and an avid interest in psychometric and behavioural profiling. This, coupled with her extensive experience of managing and motivating people, has enabled her to help business leaders to excel by aligning, engaging and empowering their staff to be the best they can be.

Lily lives in Cheshire with her husband and their young son Max. At weekends she hangs up the power-suits and becomes a soccer (and rugby) mom.
