Upcoming Laughology learning and development webinars
We know the absence of cinemas and decent films has put a dampener on the last 12 months, but we’ve been able to fill that void with our free learning and development webinars.
Now that the end of lockdown is in sight, you may be wondering if it means an end to our webinars? Well, we’re here to tell you that they’re not going anywhere. In fact, we’ve got some great webinars lined up for you over the coming few months. After all, Stephanie Davies had already chosen her dress for next year’s Academy Awards, so we didn’t want her to be ‘frocked up with nowhere to go’.
And the best bit? They’re all helpfully timed to coincide with your lunch break - giving you the opportunity for some lunch time laughter and learning.
Here’s what we’ve got lined up for you over the next six months:
We’re almost out of lockdown, so has it turned you into a hunk, a chunk or a drunk? Is your hair down to your backside? Are you bored of the sight of your own family? You’re not the only one. But maybe, just maybe, you’re ready to take some positive action. From knowing things need to change, to actually changing them.
In our Taking Positive Action webinar, Dave Keeling is on hand to give you tips, tricks and techniques to enable you to be more curious, think better thoughts and take positive action.
Lost your motivation and wondering where it’s gone? Keen to get your drive back? You’re not the only one. We know that working from home, wearing lounge pants and talking to your boss in your undercrackers has worn off, so we’re here to help you get your motivation back and feel positive again.
In our Finding Your Oomph webinar, Head of Happiness, Stephanie Davies helps you recognise what impacts on your motivation and drive, as well as what to do to help you become unstuck and flourish. And don’t worry, you won’t need to search down the back of the sofa for your mojo, Stephanie will be able to help you locate it far more easily!
And we can promise you that she’ll definitely have her undercrackers on.
How can you help your child become more resilient? Developing the skills they need to overcome their worries, solve their own problems and fulfil their potential? In this workshop, we’ll introduce you to the simple but effective ‘FLIP-it Thinking’ model, which will help you to help your child become more resilient.
In this 30-minute webinar, Sarah Creegan will be on hand to show you a nifty model that the whole family can use, so you’ll all be able to FLIP your thinking and become more resilient, solution-focused and happier. You’ll also avoid being tempted to solve the problem for them, enabling them to develop the resilience skills they need as they head into adulthood.
So why not join Sarah for this session and get your kids (and you) feeling flippin’ happier! After the year we’ve all had, we definitely deserve it.
