Team building with RBS

The phrase ‘Team Building’ can conjur up different images and feelings – perhaps an inner groan at the prospect of forced jollity to tick a wellbeing box, or the frisson of excitement at the thought of time away from the office doing something fun. Laughology and RBS recognise WHY it’s important to have happy teams.

Team building is a necessary process to help teams understand different personalities and communicate more effectively.

Laughology have worked with RBS before so they know that we are great at breaking down barriers and helping teams to gel using psychology and humour-based methods. This two hour introductory session was held at RBS Business School in Edinburgh and facilitated by Laughology’s team building expert and comedian Kerry Leigh, so whilst Festival Fringe comedians were working hard to make the punters laugh across town, RBS experienced their own bespoke humour-filled workshop without having to sit in a cupboard converted into a theatre.
