Sarah Creegan was very excited to facilitate two face-to-face INSET

After several months of delivering online sessions, Sarah Creegan was very excited to facilitate two face-to-face INSET days at the beginning of September. She did insist, however, that both schools have the same name. Which, luckily, they did!

Both wanted to look at staff and children's wellbeing and how to move forward positively after lockdown.

First up was the small, but beautifully formed, team at St Mary’s Hampton CE Primary. Then it was onto Southend, to work with the staff at 4-form entry St Mary’s CofE Prittlewell. With over 70 staff in the hall and others joining via video link, this was an especially lively, masked-up, socially-distanced session with very positive feedback.
