Resilience in the workplaces often starts with great managers and leaders


Here at Laughology, we’re proud as punch when we help people, and we know supporting them to be resilient is a great life skill.

In workplaces, this often starts with great managers and leaders who are able to ask the right questions, have the right conversations and support development. But anyone can learn to be resilient.  

Our workshops and programmes help people do this through a mix of learning shorts (bite size learning videos), cheat sheets that give guidance on ways of working, and activity sheets that support everyone to learn in their own way.  

We are quite simple people here at Laughology, so we use simple language that anyone can understand.  We explore how we think and how this impacts our emotions.  Our techniques and tools are simple to use and easy to apply - and they really work.
