Let’s talk menopause with Lancashire, Kent and Greater Manchester Police Services

Kerry and Laughology have been at it again helping the police service raise awareness about the menopause. This month saw National Menopause Day - or as one friend put on social media put it: ‘National Menopause at least 5 years!’

The menopause and the perimenopause can be a challenging time for many women and can last several years.

These sessions were a real eye-opener for police staff and officers as they continue their wellbeing journey and discover that when employees feel genuinely cared for, they give more.

Our Menopause awareness sessions are proving hugely successful and influential and use up-to- date information and appropriate humour to enable people to feel more comfortable talking about an historically taboo subject.
