NHS managers have a tough job and are under increased constraints and pressure.At the Hertfordshire NHS annual leadership conference, Laughology helped them tackle the change process and look for the positives by delivering sessions on the FLIP model.
The delegates were given techniques and tools to help them develop resilience and focus on the things they can control, rather than the things they cannot. When we have external pressure we tend to focus on firefighting and don’t have time to look at the bigger picture. The session gave managers and leaders tools to take back to their teams and ideas about where they can do positive things to have immediate impacts.
