Heads in Herts

Mental health and wellbeing are serious subjects, particularly in schools where the pressure to deliver results can be immense. We were invited to the Hertfordshire Schools Heads and Deputies Conference in Brighton to talk about the subject and offer expert advice.

Stephanie Davies delivered an enthralling session to over 300 delegates which outlined the essentials of wellbeing in schools. She talked about mental health, how to spot early signs of stress and anxiety and how to signpost people who may need help in the right direction. 

Stephanie shared the themes of happiness and how to embed these in schools. Delegates discovered the fundamentals behind coping skills, confidence, support systems and positive relationships.
