Gloucester Police Force menopause awareness

Gloucester Police Force are keen to educate their hardworking staff on the impact of the menopause.

So they invited Kerry Leigh in to deliver three sessions at their training centre, all of which were well attended by both operational and control-room staff. Up to ten percent of women quit work when experiencing the menopause due to the lack of knowledge and support in the workplace.

Our menopause sessions enlightening staff on the physical and mental symptoms, and stimulated some thought-provoking and crucial discussions on practical workplace solutions, in order to successfully retain staff and maintain their wellbeing.
