Fun and games
Laughology was always good at games at school, so when we were asked to deliver an hour keynote to PE teachers, we sent Dave, who still holds the high jump record at Aldershot Infant School (he was 28 when he set it).
The event, at Hillsborough Stadium in Sheffield, was for primary School PE teachers and Dave's session was full of practical advice.
Delegates discovered how to take new steps and try new things to have a positive impact on pupils and their relationship to learning.
The keynote looked at risk taking, confidence, the power of laughter and humour as a tool for change and the art of engagement from a neuroscience perspective.
There were also a few games – to make delegates feel at home.
