FREE stand-up comedian classes for charity

Could you be a stand-up comedian or do you know someone who thinks they’re a comedian?  Then Claire House Hospice comedy awards are a perfect way to prove it.

Every year Laughology teams up with Claire House children’s hospice to help raise money for the great service they provide, and you can help.

If you would like to learn stand-up comedy for FREE, yes for FREE, then this might be the challenge for you.  All we ask for is your time, just three evenings a week and a Sunday.  You will learn the techniques and tools of a stand-up comic and perform in a comedy show.

People who have done this training in the past have said it has increased their presentation skills, confidence and communication skills and has been a  life changing experience. The rehearsals and workshops will be in Liverpool city centre venue TBC on the dates and times below:

  • Wed 16 Nov 6-8pm
  • Wed 23 Nov 6-8pm
  • Tues 29 Nov 6-8pm

The performance, also in Liverpool city centre, will be on Sun 4 Dec in the evening - times to be confirmed

Tickets will be available to buy for family and friends and ALL, yes ALL, of the money, goes to Claire House Hospice.  We’re just asking you to make people laugh, try and sell some tickets and have a life-changing experience.
