Essex police, Fire and Ambulance are merging in the next few years. Can’t wait to see that uniform! Kerry Leigh was invited to present the Laughology FLIP model specifically looking at resilience and mental health as the emergency services are adopting a ‘catch them before they fall’ mentality, rather than wait for mental health crises to occur.
There were two sessions – one aimed at leaders, and another general session for whom ever wanted to attend. Both were well attended, with some great input and discussion and a lot of laughs.
To avoid loneliness and maintain my own wellbeing, Kerry Leigh slept with my Laughology squeezy person at Premier Inn the night before.
