Effective feedback at Burges Salmon
Throughout the year we have been working closely with our learning partner, Burges Salmon, and in December we facilitated two half-day sessions on positive feedback and having challenging conversations with a group of partners at the law firm.
Both sessions were delivered by Stephanie Davies and covered areas such as giving and receiving effective feedback, in addition to general feedback coaching. We also worked with the firm on a survey designed to identify areas for learning development. The survey provides Burges Salmon with a detailed 360 of organisation-wide learning strengths and development opportunities.
